About The Author

I'm Clare!

I'm a certified integretive nutrition coach, herbalist, and mama of three (three boys under five to be exact!). After struggling hard without proper nourishment during my first postpartum (and spending hundreds of dollars on unsatisfying takeout-- face palm), I went on to fully stock my freezer before the births of my second two babies, and it completely changed my life!!! The way I recovered, felt more energized, and was so much happier was like night and day. This rippled out to positively affect my entire motherhood journey. It's now my mission to help other new mothers do the same! You deserve to eat great, and feel great, mama!
